In the quiet hamlet of Trewalder, just a couple of miles from Delabole and a 5-minute drive to the fabulous coastline, Sunnyside, as the name implies, sits in a south facing position, catching the sun when it shines. The cottage is perfect for a small family or friends looking for a peaceful location, yet its within easy access to the North Cornwall coast and the A39 Atlantic Highway. This quintessentially Cornish cottage has original slate floors, a bespoke hand-built farmhouse kitchen and a lovely wood burner in the living room. To the front is a small and sunny, fully enclosed garden, great for sitting out in and reading a book or the newspaper on a Sunday morning. Beach 2½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Our stay October, 2019
Looking for peace and quiet after a hectic year we found this delightful cottage very well equipped, clean, and warm - very comfortable in every way - with a welcoming tray of goodies on arrival - a real home from home. Well situated to travel to almost anywhere in Cornwall - north or south. Thank you - it was a pleasure to stay in your lovely cottage.

Had a superb week in this cosy cottage just perfect for the two of us and our dog. Local walks and stunning beaches not too far away. Would definitely book again.

Our stay June, 2019
The designated parking space was very difficult to access in a four wheel drive. Our car was damaged in the process of parking one night because of the way other vehicles had been parked. The garden is tiny and without any privacy. People should be informed of the funeral directors, and morgue immediately adjacent too Sunnyside. This could be very disturbing for children and some adults. We were there on an occasion when a body arrived.

This is such a lovely spot for a getaway. The cottage is wonderfully cosy, the surrounding countryside is stunning and there are some lovely villages (and pubs) in the area. We also had some really nice walks- one through the local woods and hills and another along the coast, which is a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back.

Cottage was everything we wanted. The only thing that let it down was that the bed was very uncomfortable.

Beautiful cottage we really enjoyed our stay here. Don't be put off by the lanes to get there as they are quiet, such a peaceful location where you can sit back and unwind. Spotlessly clean. Walks on the doorstep. Would return again.
