As cute as the name suggests, Flittermouse Cottage is a charming barn conversion, with vaulted ceilings and original beams upstairs, a light, bright interior, oak flooring with underfloor heating throughout and a balcony leading off the living area. This beautiful, semi-detached cottage is perfect for a couple or those with children, looking for a rural location yet close to the coastline. Helstone is located midway between the moors and the sea and is a great location for exploring this wonderful north coast area of Cornwall.
Downstairs there is a kingsize bedroom and a lovely modern bathroom, whilst upstairs there is a twin bedroom and open plan living space. There is an enclosed gravelled courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, private parking area and guests are welcome to use the adjoining field to let your dog go for a run. The friendly owner lives in the adjoining barn and looks forward to welcoming you to their home. Beach 7 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
