This stylish first floor apartment, in one of Charlestown’s quiet developments, is only minutes from the historic harbour and centre of this World Heritage Site and looks out over the original waterwheel of the converted foundry. Charlestown, an area of historic importance, is home to tall sailing ships, craft shops, award-winning restaurants, cafés, local pubs with live music and a small secluded beach. The village has been used as a setting for TV and films, including ‘Poldark’, on many occasions. It also has a heritage and shipwreck centre with relics from the Titanic. The surrounding area is abundant with private and National Trust properties and gardens, such as Pine Lodge Gardens, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Lanhydrock House and many more. The South West Coast Path is easily reached on foot and provides stunning coastal walks and views along this stretch of coast, with secluded beaches and pretty villages dotted along its shore. Porthpean, to the west, has a sailing club, whilst Carlyon Bay, to the east, has a beach restaurant in the summer months and a links golf course. A short drive will bring you to Fowey, Lostwithiel, Newquay, Padstow and the north coast, which is a completely different coastline for you to explore. Golf, cycling, horse riding and sailing are all available close by. Beach 600 yards. Supermarket within 1 mile, pub and restaurant 450 yards.

Really nice appartment located near the harbour of Charlestown. It was clean and has everything we needed. Location was great to see all the interesting spots in the area. We had a very warm welcome from our host. Has a really great time here. Thank you very much!

We had an amazing week. Charlestown is a beautiful historic harbour with pubs/restaurants & supermarket all only a short walk away. The location for other areas is also excellent with Mevagissey, Fowey & Polperro all within easy reach. The owner was easily contactable & helpful. The apartment was very clean with everything you could need & with welcome pack on arrival, fresh flowers & the benefit of parking. We would definitely recommend.

Coast is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Location is ideal to visit other places in south and north Cornwall. We would have no hesitation in using Coast again, if we return to Charlestown in the future.

A lovely modern apartment ideally located to enjoy all that Charlestown has to offer and with easy access routes to the other local attractions. Beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

Apartment very well equipped but think the bathroom should have a handrail on the side of bath and a shower curtain would be helpful especially if two couples are in apartment .did have a bit of problem with boiler timer we couldn’t set it properly, but apart from that it was good and lovely flowers and scones thank you.
