This nicely renovated traditional Cornish cottage is well situated in the village of Portscatho being only seconds away from the square with its good selection of facilities. There are lovely coastal walks nearby and beaches are within easy reach, Tatum’s beach 1 minute’s walk and Porthcurnick beach with its good expanse of sand about 10 minutes walk.
The hall with slated floor leads into the spacious kitchen/dining room that has patio doors out to the large courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a small utility behind double doors that houses a dishwasher. The main utility contains the washing machine and leads through to a shower room. The living room has a nice range of easy furniture with Freeview TV, DVD and views of the village square and sea views to Gull Rock and beyond. A cosy snug, ideal for the adult members of your party, has easy chairs and a wood burner. Stairs lead up to the first floor with a double bedroom and two twin rooms one of which has sea views, the bedrooms have wall pegs for the hanging of clothes. The family bathroom has a shower and toilet. The suntrap south facing courtyard has garden furniture and a barbecue and is a super spot to relax. Beach ½ mile.
