This homely property will suit friends, couples and particularly families with children, as the owners’ have provided a toy box and small library, including children’s books. Places to visit nearby include Mousehole, Marazion and St Michael’s Mount. Visit Land’s End, Sennen Cove, Minack open air theatre, St. Ives, and Poldark country. The Jubilee Pool has been described as the best art decó Lido in the country . The pool, and café situated on the front has geothermal heating, where renewable energy heats a section of the pool to 35 degrees. Beach 2 miles. Shop and pub 50 yards, restaurant 100 yards.

Our stay February, 2020

Fantastic location,we came by train so avoided having to find parking which I thought would be abit of an issue.Cottage is olde worlde.Insufficient heating in lounge meant it was always chilly in there,needs a curtain from kitchen to lounge!We did stay in February so not a problem in warmer weather. Fresh flowers,coffee,tea,milk and biscuits were much appreciated.Would recommend,and would stay again.😊

House chosen for its proximity to Penzance train/bus stations as my husband has limited walking mobility. Chippie at top of hill excellent! House a little tired, with (to our taste) too many knick-Knacks. Main bedroom has much needed space wasted by built in "wardrobe". Remove this, turn bed 90 degrees and install wooden wardrobe to match drawers and room would work much better for older couples with poor mobility. Bathroom retro styled but functional. Downstairs toilet small but very useful.
