Mevagissey Bay - Facilities

Welcome to Mevagissey Bay, a superb 11 bedroom retreat, home to some of the most spectacular sea vistas and views in the county. Ideal for professional organisations or clubs, this is a rare opportunity to experience this stunning property, available for Winter-only self-catering holidays and able to accommodate 22 guests in stylish comfort. With 9 private parking spaces, a rarity in the town, walk up the stone steps to the charming terraced garden which in turn leads to a decking area, complete with quality furniture and far reaching bay views.

Once inside, a lounge area with contemporary furnishings provides a panoramic view of the bay whilst a further living space has been created with one thing in mind – relaxation! The gorgeous wood burner is just perfect for a cosy evening when the weather is a little unforgiving and you can still enjoy the magnificent view too! The dining room caters for 22 guests with ease, the bright white furniture lending to an almost Mediterranean feel. A large kitchen allows everything from light breakfast to hearty meals to be prepared. All bedrooms are warm and inviting, providing a mixture of classic designs, with light and airy décor, and many have sea views. All have a 32-inch TV and Wi-Fi. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor all with kingsize beds and en-suite facilities. One has a private decking area accessed by patio doors. Venture upstairs and discover a further 8 stunning bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, some with sea views or garden views. There are 3 bedrooms with kingsize beds, 4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds.

Should you be able to tear yourself away from this wonderful haven, the village of Mevagissey is a magical place, with such narrow streets revealing boutique shops and restaurants clustered about the harbour walls and a working fishing fleet. The town of St Austell has an array of shops and amenities, whilst Charlestown is a step back in time, a quayside protecting a small fleet of tall ships, a popular location for films and TV. The coastal walks around Mevagissey are plentiful and varied, including the renowned South West Coast Path, revealing stunning scenery at every step guaranteed to bring an intake of breath as you take in the sheer beauty of this wondrous destination.
