Less than 10 minutes’ drive from the nearest sandy cove on the beautiful south Cornish coast, these two holiday cottages are set in 4 acres of beautiful, peaceful gardens with pond, surrounding the owner’s Grade II listed manor house which has existed since 1066! This AONB offers excellent walking, with pretty beaches, sailing and river trips at Fowey and Mevagissey . Sailing tuition is available at Fowey. Bird-watching and fishing at Luxulyan and on the Fowey river. Golf at Carlyon Bay, horse riding and the old port of Charlestown and St Austell, all within 5 miles. Shop 1½ miles.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely location. We had such a wonderful time here for Christmas. Everything we needed was supplied, clean and tidy. The owners were very kind and friendly as well.

Fantastic place to stay and explore Cornwall. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, and the garden was a dream to sit in and chill. There are some stairs to the wing that are a little irregular, so if you have limited mobility, probably not the place for you. There was only one down side and that was one of us found the bed quite hard and found it difficult to sleep. I on the other hand had no problems. Highly recommend you give this place a stay.

This charming cottage is perfectly located for a visit to The Eden Project about 1.5 miles away. It stands in glorious gardens and we had freshly picked flowers from the garden and a cream tea to welcome us on arrival. The cottage was immaculately clean and had everything you need. An idyllic quiet countryside location, perfect retreat, but if you want a shop or pub these are not on your doorstep. Having said this, the delightful owners stepped in and very kindly gave us a packet of butter when we realised we had forgotten this at supper time.

Beautiful location and garden, and comfortable house. Very close to Eden and lovely Luxulyan valley
