Rosevean House is a spacious and elegant detached south facing property. Superbly situated in a prime grandstand position facing towards the sea. This special property combines a quiet location with breath-taking, panoramic sea views and yet only 250 yards via a footpath from St Mawes harbour and close to amenities such as shops, restaurants, beaches and sailing facilities. The property is approached from a quiet private lane and up a sweeping driveway where there is ample parking for three cars. Once inside the property you will be struck by the feeling of spaciousness and connection with the sea. The living/dining room has a bay window with truly stunning views, along with a cosy wood burner for those cooler evenings. A few steps lead up to a spacious mezzanine level where you will find the large, modern kitchen with facilities like triple ovens, a warming drawer and a walk-in larder.
