Medlar Cottage is a comfortable family home set in mature gardens that provides spacious light and airy holiday accommodation to accommodate seven people in comfort. A 5-minute walk from Medlar Cottage takes you into the middle of the village and the extensive facilities that St Mawes has to offer, including foot ferries to Place, Falmouth, Trelissick and Truro . There is also post office, banks, a butchers, bakers, chemist, supermarket, gift shops, clothes shops and a selection of pubs, hotels and restaurants.
The front door opens into a spacious hall which gives access to the living accommodation. There is a large shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. The living/dining room has wood burner, TV, DVD and good seating with comfortable chairs and access to the conservatory. The dining area which overlooks the garden has a large table and seating for ten guests, along with two bi-fold doors leading to the raised decking with a super range of garden furniture and steps down to a barbecue area and garden. Off from the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen with double electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. At the rear of the dining area is a separate utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and a door to the garden. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and a family shower room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. The master bedroom, twin room and single bedroom all have seaviews. A further double room at the front of the property completes the first floor accommodation.
