This spacious holiday apartment stands high above the harbour town of Mevagissey, easily accessible without driving through the narrow streets, with its own private balcony, an ideal spot in which to sit and relax with a glass of wine and perhaps with the catch of the day available fresh from the quayside below. There is also a large shared garden area in which to sit, with a shared patio and barbecue area for disposable barbecues . Superb beaches can be found at Pentewan and Portmellon, both within 1 mile. Whilst a short walk leads to the centre of Mevagissey with its maze of narrow streets, bustling harbour and interesting variety of shops, restaurants and pubs. Fishing and boat trips can be enjoyed during the season, with plenty of interesting activities and friendly local hospitality. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Biosphere Domes of the exciting Eden Project are all easily accessible. Shops, pubs and restaurants ½ mile.

For us elderly couple very nice. Only draw back uphill walk back from the village. Having said that it is after all Cornwall.

Lovely spacious apartment, well maintained and decorated. Some fairly steep hills into Mevagissey, but good for burning a few calories! Owners are friendly and helpful. Plenty to do in the local area with children on both wet and dry days.

A fabulous spacious apartment, light and bright. Fantastic south facing secluded balcony, that gets the morning, daytime and evening sun. Perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Near to local amenities (albeit down/back up hills). The beauty is being able to park at the property, yet only a short walk from the idyllic harbour and a pretty secluded beach, that looks completely different with every low and high tide. No need for getting in the car and enduring those narrow Cornish roads with the risk of having to reverse!! The owners live above and were on hand if needed. Personal touch of allowing us into the property early following a very early start to arrive in Cornwall for breakfast!! Will definitely be returning.
