Attached to another property, The Linhay features a half-acre enclosed garden surrounded by beautiful countryside, ideal for games and outdoor dining. The open-plan kitchen, dining-room and living room all enjoy views of the estuary. Ideally situated close to many of the tourist attractions this area has to offer, including Padstow, with its many interesting shops, array of pubs and restaurants and quaint harbour. From here visitors can hire a cycle and ride the Camel Trail where there is an abundance of wildlife. Shop 3 miles, pub 1½ miles.

We absolutely loved it and the garden was amazing for kids to play in. Maybe a slide or swing for children would be good to be added but apart from that couldn’t ask for more

Beautiful cottage with a really fantastic garden and view. Cottage was very well equipped - the best we’ve stayed in, and a lovely thoughtful welcome hamper including milk in the fridge on our arrival. Would definitely like to come back again next year.

Gorgeous cottage, extremely well equipped, very remote location, which is what we wanted but you do need to drive to shops restaurants etc. We will definitely book it again.

Great cottage, well equipped, huge garden, very comfy beds. Underfloor heating takes ages to warm up and then ages to cool down once up to temperature. Need to drive to pubs and restaurants but worth it as the cottage is really lovely. TV signal isn't brilliant but you can use an Amazon fire stick or net.flix.

The cottage was very well equipped and had the most beautiful views over the Camel Estuary. There was plenty of walks in the area with the Camel Trail just down the road.
