It was a lovely house inside with comfy beds and sofas. There was also enough space for the 6 of us. It was well equipped with everything we needed.
The photos of the garden made it look a lot bigger and we weren’t aware it was a shared driveway with a property next door. We were unaware also of the road into Bodmin being quite busy at times which makes the noise a problem when sat in the conservatory. We were also surprised by the remote temperature control, as we were unable to turn up the heating beyond 21. It could be quite cold on an evening, and as the heating didn’t come on until 5, if you pop back for lunch or get back earlier from a day out you will be cold. I would also recommend a nice thick curtain at the door that leads outside in the living room
Very well equipped, included nice touches for people with children such as toys and child friendly cutlery/plates. Very high spec and you could tell it had been freshly renovated. Very central and only 40 minutes away from most sights.
I only have good comments about this cottage we had a fantastic family holiday.
