The beautiful village of Crantock has pubs, shops and restaurant as well as one of the most picturesque beaches in Cornwall. Within a short walk is the South West Coastal Path with breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Close by lies the bustling resort of Newquay and the fishing port of Padstow - where Rick Stein’s famous seafood restaurant can be found. Also within easy access are the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Golf and horse riding nearby. Shop 500 yards, pub 400 yards.

Our stay March, 2019
We had a lovely, comfortable week in Poppy cottage. It is in a peaceful location yet just minutes away from a couple of pubs and a shop. The beautiful beach of Crantock is a ten minute stroll from the cottage. We needed a relaxing week away and this was the ideal place to relax. The bed is so comfortable and the location so quiet that we both slept better than we’ve done for ages at home!
