Is has three bedrooms, one en-suite, a family bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a wood burner in the living room with TV and large windows going out to the garden.

Guests get free entry into the Caerhays gardens when they are open - mid February to mid June and the Porthluney car park when they are charging - summer months only.
