The cottages, to which guests return again and again is ideal for four people. It is within 100 yards of lthe ovely Talland Bay with its unspoilt coves, rock pools and gently shelving beaches at low tide and safe bathing. Tucked behind the bay are two cafés, one of which does evening barbecues in the summer, and the other rents out kayaks.
The wonderful coastal paths to Looe and Polperro begin from here, and the Eden Project is only a half hour’s drive away. Ideal for those who want a holiday without a car as Looe railway station, which is at the end of a fascinating branch line from Liskeard on the main line) is only 3 miles away, and food supplies can be ordered online and delivered by Tesco and Ocado.
