This detached, single-storey holiday cottage is just minutes from the sea-faring town of Fowey with its galleries, shops and restaurants. River trips, diving, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, walking, dolphin spotting, horse riding, fishing, tennis and golf available locally. The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Restormel Castle, Padstow, Bodmin Moor, Truro and Lanhydrock House are nearby. The beaches and coves at Readymoney, Polkerris, Menabilly and Polridmouth are easily reached. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 800 yards.

Our stay October, 2019
This was a lovely little cottage set in very well cared for grounds, behind a five-bar gate which made it feel secure. Although a little way from the town and a walk to the shop, it was very well positioned for lovely walks down to the beach and the town, which is a lovely place to visit with nice restaurants and shops. It is also well placed for visiting other areas of Cornwall. The cottage contains everything that you could want for a short stay.

The cottage was lovely especially the conservatory which is very relaxing to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Unfortunately the bathroom was an issue as we couldn’t get of the smell of what I can only describe as a very smelly drain.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a home from home environment, very cosy cottage enhanced with lovely conservatory and excellent shower ! Well placed for exploring Fowey and around Cornwall , we especially enjoyed Eden Project and lost gardens of heligan .

We had a lovely week in our cottage. It worked so well for our needs location quiet, comfortable bed and good shower. We really enjoyed Fowey and our labrador Molly just loved her walk on beach. We would definately recommend this cosy cottage to our family and friends.
