Beachwood sits within a popular holiday resort by the beautiful Cornish coast near Looe. The site has its own beach and nestles within 65 acres of a woodland valley, offering lovely walks and places to discover. Looe is a beautiful harbour village, with fishing boats, narrow streets and an array of pubs, restaurants, cafés, and gift shops. The bustling naval city of Plymouth lies 20 miles to the east.
A visit to the ancient village of Polperro is recommended, with its fishermens’ cottages and legendary links to smugglers past! Hidden coves, rugged coastline and inlets await the intrepid explorer! Renowned for its stunning beaches with miles of golden sand, this area of Cornwall is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and wherever your adventures take you, return to your haven at the day’s end, relax on the terrace and enjoy the view……
Tastefully decorated throughout to a high standard, sliding patio doors lead onto a gated terrace with wooden furniture and views to the sea and woodland below. The open plan living space has comfortable seating, wall mounted TV and coal effect electric fire. The dining table and 4 chairs are adjacent to an attractively tiled and very well-equipped kitchen, offering induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, and plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has a low-slung double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and wardrobe. There is a handy utility space with midi washing machine.
The bathroom leads off and has a large double shower cubicle. There are Dimplex heaters throughout. Please note: There are several small flights of steps leading to the property which is set on a hillside. There is a main carpark and guests are advised to register their vehicle with reception for free parking. A short period of 15 minutes is permitted for unloading/loading of luggage near to the apartment.
