On entering the ground floor you come into the dining room. Eat whilst looking out at the sea around a dining table that can comfortably seat all those staying plus guests. Following on through to the white contemporary kitchen with under floor heating, Smeg fridge/freezer and window seat. Just off the kitchen is the utility room, the back door leads to a patio and lovely secret garden with an outdoor shower. There is a great selection of garden furniture for you and the family to relax with and enjoy. On the first floor is the living room with comfy seating and doors opening onto the balcony with stunning uninterrupted views out to sea. There is a large Smart TV for movie fans alongside a DVD player. Also on this floor is the first bedroom designed with fun in mind for the young or young at heart. There are full size bunk bed, children’s toys and games and an adjoining en-suite bathroom with bath with underfloor heating. On the second floor from the landing is a further set of stairs leading to a unique open plan mezzanine level which can be used as a further single sleeping area. The large master bedroom with splendid sea views and the stunning luxurious shower room with double shower. Towards the rear of the house is the third bedroom with flexible zip and link beds that can be made up as a super kingsize bed or twin beds. This room also benefits from an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating. Pets are not accepted, but small pets may be considered, please ask the owner.
