Both properties have been converted from a historic World War I hospital in the middle of St Columb Major, a town close to the coast with beaches galore, but also with easy access to the A30, providing you with the ideal Cornish retreat.
Nearby Watergate Bay is home to a great beach bar for drinking cocktails while the sun sets over the Atlantic. Newquay with its surf culture and cafes caters for all tastes; coffee shops, family eateries and cocktail bars all sit alongside the surf shops and traditional pubs.
The zoo, swimming pool, horse riding stables and tennis club all add to Newquay having it all for a great holiday. Nearby Padstow, home to TV chef Rick Stein and Michelin star chef Paul Ainsworth, is a jewel in the crown of this stunning county. The narrow lanes crammed with shops and restaurants never fail to impress. Enjoy a pasty or ice cream on the quayside but watch the seagulls as they love a pasty!
The ferry to Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath is a great way to explore and sails from the Padstow quayside regularly throughout the day. The area is surrounded by golf courses such as the links course at Trevone, St Enodoc and The Point at Polzeath, all great courses to experience.
Sailing, canoeing, surfing, spas, karting and horse riding are all available nearby. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
