This attractive stone built ‘L’ shaped cottage is divided into the owner’s accommodation upstairs and for holidaymakers on the ground floor with communal entrance. It is situated in a pleasant rural location only 2½ miles from the famous resort of St Ives with narrow streets, numerous shops, pubs, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. Hayle estuary and Marazion marshes, which are RSPB reserves, within 15 minutes drive. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile.

The cottage was wonderful for walking our dogs and very warm and cosy. Margaret is extremely friendly but we still felt that we had lots of privacy even though she lives upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Margaret went out of her way to ensure we had a lovely stay. We had milk, tea, coffee, washing detergent, towels ....more than enough to last the week. The cottage is located between St Ives and Penzance and so many beaches are within 10 minutes drive. There are lovely dog walks at the cottage and you can leave the dog off the lead for much of time. It was excellent value for money and I would heartily recommend it!

The well equipped cottage was a good base as we toured the southern part of Cornwall. It was reasonably priced and we had the benefit of good weather. Margaret was a lovely lady that greeted us on arrival and thanked us warmly for staying with her prior to leaving
