A little further along the coast is Watergate Bay, and Newquay with surfing beach at Fistral and family beaches, zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Great home from home in this very equipped holiday home. Cream Tea and Fudge as a welcome gift too.

Sea thrift is positioned perfectly for a trip into Port Isaac and as a base for the rest of North Cornwall. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a Co-op is only five minutes walk away. Tony is friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We can't wait to see him again on our next stay. We had a lovely week and would recommend it to anyone.

Sea Thrift was a lovely place and set very conveniently for Port Isaac and the surrounding area. IT is also very close to the local Co Op shop which is a very short walk away. There is a lovely garden which we very much enjoyed using - the owner supplied both a barbecue and a badminton set which we put to full use. My son loved playing in the garden. On the downside, I am very tall and found the bed in the master a bit small for me (this really is not the owner's fault, just unfortunate). Also I could not really use the shower in the bath for the same reason. Overall I would score this a 7/10 and would definitely recommend (at least for people of normal height!)

Sea thrift was everything we expected and more! We arrived to a lovely welcome gift from the owners who live next door, they were really friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The accommodation was just what we needed for a family of four, everything you could possibly need was provided (as a parent of a toddler the washer, iron and clothes airer was brilliant) all towels and bedding was included which meant less stuff to take. The garden was lovely and as it was all enclosed we had no worries about the children playing. The cottage is a short 5 minute walk to the centre of port isaac and most things you need are in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly reccomend :)

Great holiday home, compact with everything you would need, towels, TV's kitchen equipment. Home was clean and tidy for our arrival. Welcome cream tea was a great touch and a nice treat. Ideal location to explore the rest of Cornwall.
