Close to the north coast, and approached from the main road via a delightful half mile tree lined drive, Lavender Cottage is one of a cluster of three former estate workers cottages, sitting within the old Basset family country estate, known as Tehidy. Tehidy Country Park can be accessed via a 500 yard path from the cottage door, where guests can wander around the 250 acres of woodland, bridle pathways and lakes, and admire the beautiful wild flowers and wildlife. When ready for a rest, why not stop off at one of the small tea rooms for a spot of afternoon lunch. There is also access to miles of coastal paths. The cottage will appeal to small families looking for a place with lots to do, and equally attractive to couples looking for a relaxing location whatever the season.
